A necessary addition to a flourishing 21st century e-commerce business - a mobile app.

Project Overview -

This project involved the design and implementation of a mobile app for Original Favorites, aimed at creating a new, more accessible touchpoint for our wholesale customers. As the brand grew, we saw an opportunity to offer a faster, more direct purchasing experience while building stronger customer relationships through mobile-specific features. My role was to lead the UX design process, collaborating closely with both our engineering and marketing teams to design an app that supports streamlined bulk ordering, enables push notifications for timely communication, and gives our loyal customers an optimized mobile experience built for speed and convenience.
